Introducing our new hires

Welcome on board, Pavel!

Pavel Shlyakhovski was a subway engineer until he found his profound interest in programming when studying PHP, and MySql for web development as a hobby.

Besides, he loves to create attractive animations and graphics using ScrollMagic, GSAP, and Anume.js – He thinks pure JavaScript is not enough.

Welcome on board, Rajesh!

Rajesh Upadhayaya is our new hire from Nepal and currently is a senior student at UNM majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics.

When asked about his passion for programming, Rajesh shared, “When I’m developing something new, I know I’m making something creative and meaningful that is useful for other people. This motivates me to do better.”

In his free time, Rajesh would love to be outdoor playing soccer, basketball, or cricket. He also goes hiking and biking. Rajesh said he was a big fan of delicious foods and enjoyed traveling to different places and trying local foods.

Our recent projects

Brian has been working on Noventum (rather than in Noventum)

Brian spent considerable time hiring TWO new developers (and interviewing 20 that didn’t make the cut) and improving the hiring process to make it even easier next time.

He has been working on sales to make sure they stay busy. In addition to that, he is also training the new developers, working with Samantha on moving the Noventum office, and managing existing client relationships.

Anwar’s support for a Non-profit

Anwar keeps working on support tickets for the management system for our nonprofit client, who is working to end homelessness in New Mexico. He also helped Samantha with learning WordPress development and development tools.

Sam’s help with an eCommerce site launch

Sam is helping the Wisdom of The Earth team launch their new online store after our programmers built out the wholesaler and retailer eCommerce. The goal is to make ordering easier for Wisdom of The Earth’s retailers.

Before launching, Sam and the team also configured shipping due to the ever-changing shipping and insurance rates that eventually revealed the innocent dimensions of products. Despite these hurdles, the site is now up and running smoothly!

And a few website improvements for clients

Jeanne has been helping clients with image resizing, posting blogs, and website content editing. In addition to that, she is also working on new site designs and on simplifying the categorization and sidebar layout of blog posts for our client Wendi Schuller, who is a relationships coach.
