ProPortal is a spin-off product collaboration between Noventum™ and Streamline Corp.
Our current customers include two legal practices that use ProLaw. ProLaw is a desktop legal management system that uses very old technology and has not embraced the web, or mobile changes in the technological landscape. It requires a Windows server and Windows clients. Their web interface is basically unusable by anyone, not a lawyer. We built out a modern web interface to allow ProLaw customers to log in and see the status of their legal cases. In our two existing customers, they spend hours (2-6) each week answering status calls. We accomplished this for one client – removed about half of the status call time. This saved their clients, and them, substantial time each week.
