OWS Software Enhancement and Support

For about three months, Noventum™ has worked with Online Web Services Inc. (OWS), a custom software client based in Mancos, Colorado. OWS had one developer building an entirely new version of their software, so we joined their technical team to add capacity and expertise. Along the way we introduced a complete API documentation and testing solution, sped up their homepage by up to 4x (from 10 seconds to 2.5 seconds), and delivered the UI improvements their clients asked for.

Client Background

OWS offers Software as a Service (SaaS) to agencies that track court case, case victim, victim service, and victim advocacy data. It's important work, and it relies on software that is fast and dependable.

With a single developer creating a whole new version of the platform, OWS needed extra development help. After a few meetings and agreements with an OWS owner, we began working as an extension of their team.

Homepage performance: cutting load time from 10 seconds to 2.5 seconds
API documentation and testing: introducing a complete solution that makes the product easier to build on and safer to change
